Responsibilities include job setup in software, review of project tickets, and billing documentation. Qualified candidates should have over 2 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in tools like InEight and Bluebeam. The position offers competitive remuneration of $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience supporting utility/municipal field services.
• Demonstrated experience processing and reviewing T&M DJTs.
• Experience with organizing job sheets and daily job packets.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new projects in InEight including client information.
• Extract Daily Job Tickets and store them in correct folders.
• Prepare Billing Cover Sheets using DJTs and change orders.

Conocimientos

Experience supporting projects in JetVac, Hydro Excavation, CCTV

Experience processing T&M DJTs

Familiarity with Miss Utility (811) ticket requests

Proficiency in InEight

Proficiency in Bluebeam

Strong accuracy in tracking POs
