Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end frameworks.
• Experience leading end-to-end technical design and delivery of complex front-end initiatives.
• Proven track record influencing architecture, standards, and technical direction at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve front-end architecture, patterns, and best practices for secure, scalable web experiences.
• Lead design and implementation of complex consumer-facing features and UI systems from concept to launch.
• Partner with product, design, back-end, and data teams to shape roadmaps and align investments.
• Raise engineering bar by reviewing code and designs, setting tests, accessibility, and reliability standards.
• Coach and mentor senior and staff engineers to build technical leadership across teams.
• Evaluate and introduce modern front-end technologies to improve productivity and performance.
• Influence organization-wide engineering decisions and drive continuous improvement.
