Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training and workshops for customers.
• Act as the on‑site solution expert for project delivery.
• Gather and analyze customer technical environments.
• Jointly develop project plans with customers.
• Execute implementation and customer instruction services.
• Own project test plan aspects for customer acceptance.
• Enhance technical courses for training programs.
