Formación

• Strong understanding of the podcasting space: formats, genres, hosts, and audience behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in PR, podcast guest booking, influencer outreach, or talent coordination.
• Proven ability to create compelling pitches tailored to media contacts.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Research and evaluate podcast shows that align with client objectives and target audiences.
• Write and send personalized, persuasive pitches to podcast hosts and producers.
• Follow up with podcast contacts to maintain momentum and secure bookings.
• Build and maintain an organized database of podcast contacts.
• Manage all logistics for podcast interviews, including scheduling and confirmations.
• Monitor podcast placements and measure outreach outcomes.
• Use scheduling and project management tools to organize outreach workflows.
