Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, focusing on PHP development.
• Proven expertise with PHP 7.4+/8+ and MVC frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Solid proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience modernizing and refactoring legacy codebases for performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using PHP 7.4+/8+ and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend integrations and third-party services.
• Lead refactoring to improve code maintainability, performance, and security.
