Tek Leaders Inc is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end OTT platform deliveries across web, mobile, and connected TV devices, ensuring reliable, on-time product releases.

Requirements include 10–15 years in full-stack, cloud and AI with 5+ years in media leadership; hands-on OTT stack oversight (encoding, CDN, DRM, low-latency streaming); strong cross-functional leadership, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, budgeting and vendor management.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience with a strong development background in Full Stack, Cloud and AI technologies.
• 5+ years in leadership, delivering modernization and transformation projects in Media.
• Expertise in OTT tech stack: encoding, packaging, CDNs, DRM and low-latency streaming protocols.
• Led teams of 20+ across engineering, QA, DevOps and UI/UX for streaming features.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum planning, CI/CD and release management for large-scale apps.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management with cloud contracts and analytics partners.
• Deep domain knowledge of video workflows, AVOD/SVOD monetization, and cross-platform apps.
