A recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Operations & Lead Generation Assistant to support internal operations, coordinate client onboarding, and source leads for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in English and Spanish. This full-time role offers flexibility and a concrete path for career growth while working directly with the founder. A voice/video recording is required for application.

Remote Operations & Lead Generation Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000 - 1,100 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Central Time (flexible depending on workload)

Job Overview

Our client is a digital marketing and web services agency specializing in helping outdoor-living contractors, hardscapes, and landscaping businesses grow through high-converting websites, SEO, Google Business optimization, and lead generation systems. Their mission is to help contractors earn homeowner trust, book more qualified projects, and scale consistently through clean systems and predictable growth strategies.

We are seeking a highly organized full-time Operations & Lead Generation Assistant to support the agency’s internal operations, client onboarding, lead sourcing, and coordination with their fulfillment partners. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects moving smoothly, generating consistent opportunities for sales, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and comfortable learning new tools. You will be working directly with the founder to support day-to-day operations and help drive the agency’s growth.

Responsibilities
Client & Project Coordination
  • Manage onboarding steps for new clients and collect necessary assets.
  • Keep client folders and project documentation organized.
  • Update project status inside the workflow tool and flag bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners (design, development, SEO, video) to keep deliverables on schedule.
Lead Generation Support
  • Source and research qualified outdoor-living/hardscaping leads daily.
  • Build, clean, and organize lead lists for outreach platforms (Instantly, Clay, etc.).
  • Monitor Facebook groups for potential clients and flag warm opportunities.
  • Maintain clean tracking sheets for lead flow and outreach performance.
Operations & Documentation
  • Create simple SOPs, checklists, and internal documents as needed.
  • Maintain basic tracking sheets for projects, content, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks that keep operations smooth.
Content & Social Support
  • Upload and schedule content across social platforms.
  • Keep the content calendar updated and track performance metrics.
Reporting
  • Prepare weekly summaries covering project status, lead generation data, and pending items.
  • Surface issues promptly so the founder can act quickly.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Able to follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
  • Proficient English + Spanish.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to manage onboarding workflows and track project progress.
  • High reliability, consistent communication, and strong follow-through.
Nice to have
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience working in an agency or service-based business.
  • Experience coordinating with creative, SEO, or fulfillment teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Experience supporting a founder or executive directly.
