Job Title: Remote Operations & Client Success Director (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000 - 7,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via bank direct deposit or Wise

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a Director of Operations & Customer Success to elevate our client experience, optimize delivery operations, and drive meaningful growth through improved retention, satisfaction, and referrals. The ideal candidate is operationally excellent, empathetic, entrepreneurial, and committed to creating lifelong fans of our company.

Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across all service lines (SEO, Meta, Google PPC, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes ensuring consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure timely execution of all deliverables and project milestones.
  • Lead internal communication rhythms, reporting, and accountability.
Client Success & Growth
  • Develop strong client relationships and proactive communication cadences.
  • Improve customer satisfaction scores, retention, and overall sentiment.
  • Drive referrals from existing client base (target: 5–10 per quarter).
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities (target: 3–5 per month).
Process & Systems Optimization
  • Manage and improve workflows in ClickUp (minimum 2 years required).
  • Utilize Go High Level to support automation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Create and refine automation systems to improve efficiency (2+ years required).
  • Leverage EOS or PMP methodologies for operational discipline and structure.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Experience
  • 1–3 years outbound B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years project management experience.
  • 3–5 years agency experience in the digital marketing space.
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, Meta Ads, and Google PPC environments.
  • 2+ years working in ClickUp.
  • PMP certification required.
