Job summary

The Faculty is seeking qualified online English teachers to join a global team from home. You will instruct motivated young learners and teenagers, delivering engaging lessons during published time windows.

Role is a remote, independent contractor position with flexible hours, onboarding support, and a USD 6.00–6.25 per hour rate. A referral bonus of USD 80 applies for successful referrals.

Qualifications

• Native-level or high English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Minimum 2 years teaching English online or in classroom settings.
• Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (120 hours+).
• Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, Education or related field.
• Familiar with CEFR frameworks and ESL assessment practices.
• Strong digital literacy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clear criminal record.
