A leading education technology firm is seeking an Onboarding Consultant in Mexico to engage and inspire new and existing customers throughout the AMERICAS region. This role involves managing the onboarding process, delivering training sessions, and developing training materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding and a Bachelor’s degree. Collaboration with other teams and continuous feedback improvement are key aspects of this position.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years onboarding experience in a SaaS company or education technology.
• Graduate degree is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the onboarding process end-to-end for all assigned customers.
• Educate customers through compelling training sessions.
• Collect feedback to improve training delivery.
• Track success metrics related to onboarding and adoption.
