BairesDev is seeking a NetSuite Technical Lead to oversee the architecture and technical execution of NetSuite ERP solutions. You will bridge complex business processes and high‑performing development strategies to ensure scalability and robust integrations.

In this 100% remote role, you will architect configurations, mentor juniors, design integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into precise specs.

Formación

• 5+ years in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or technical leadership.
• Experience configuring NetSuite ERP and developing architecture.
• Hands-on SuiteScript and integrations experience.
• Ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring juniors.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee the configuration and customization of NetSuite ERP environments.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to junior development and consulting team members.
• Design high-quality system integrations and automate business workflows using core NetSuite development tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into rigorous technical specifications.
• Drive quality assurance by establishing best practices for platform testing, documentation, and training.
