Job summary

Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our MarTech team on a 6-8 month engagement. This remote role focuses on end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of production ML models and feature pipelines to power customer experiences.

You'll collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and solution architects to design scalable ML programs, implement MLOps, and ensure model reliability, fairness, and governance across cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ML, IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional ML engineering in production systems.
• Hands-on production ML deployment and monitoring experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions and feature pipelines.
• Configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain ML pipelines and models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on ML program design.
• Analyze large-scale datasets and validate ML solutions against business metrics.
• Troubleshoot ML stack including training, inference, monitoring, and retraining.
• Implement MLOps practices like experiment tracking and model versioning.
• Work in a fast-paced agile environment and drive iterative improvements.
• Ensure data governance and model monitoring for reliability and fairness.
• Support planned deployments and retraining cycles off-hours.
• Contribute to evolution of ML architecture and feature stores.
