The ideal candidate has a metallurgical or chemical engineering background, 6+ years of beneficiation experience, and strong skills in data analytics, process simulation, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mineral processing (beneficiation) with focus on operations and optimization
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable insights
• Proficiency with process simulation and modeling software
• Excellent understanding of metallurgy and separation processes
• Strong communication and remote work capabilities

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and analyze mineral beneficiation plant performance data
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve recovery, grade, and throughput
• Provide remote technical support to on-site teams
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using data analytics and simulation tools
• Collaborate with site engineers and metallurgists to address operational challenges
