Remote Membership Sales Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 1,900 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise

Commission Structure: $2 per trial conversion $4 per membership sold Goal: ~10 conversions per day ($20–$40/day in commissions)

Schedule: 40hrs/week during business hours Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm Central

Job Overview:

Our client keeps dogs clean and healthy! Regular maintenance is critical to dog’s comfort and well-being and is an essential part of maintaining their overall health. The company provides an easy, affordable and convenient solution for pup’s routine care. Their base package includes a bath, ear cleaning, nail clip, and teeth brushing. They also offer blow-drying, haircuts, and additional services such as gland expression, shedding, plaque reduction and flea/tick treatments. The company prides itself on staying on top of dog’s basic grooming needs, which means one less thing for their clients to worry about.

You will be on the Business Development Center as a call & text agent. You will log into Five9 each morning, and run outbound dialing campaigns to reach leads who have expressed interest in the services. You will then educate potential customers on our services, benefits, and pricing. The goal is to sell a membership or book a trial visit. Will also be responsible for scheduling existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• Drive key performance indicators – average ticket price and rebook ratio – through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
• Develop membership leads; Follow up with potential members
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
