Blacksmith Agency seeks a Marketing Operations Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

This delivery role rewards a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to completion, coordinating strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
