Sterlington PLLC is a remote-first global law firm seeking a first-class Legal Practice Assistant to support partners and attorneys. You will manage complex, multi-time-zone diaries, prepare and track client-related paperwork, and help ensure accurate time capture and billing across matters.

You will also handle documents, matter coordination, process and project management, and contribute to AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years supporting partners, senior fee earners or C-suite executives, ideally in law or professional services.
• Fluent English, verbal and written
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Aderant or similar practice management software, PowerBI or similar data analytics dashboards, Claude, CoPilot or similar AI tools, Asana or similar project management tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to carry several workstreams without dropping detail
• Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
• Strong team orientation and a preference for collaboration
• Experience with a practice management, billing, time-capture or document management system — or evidence you have learned a comparable system quickly

Responsabilidades

• The partner’s day. Complex, multi-time-zone diaries: schedule, protect, and make the call when two things collide.
• The client-facing paperwork. Engagement letters prepared, circulated and tracked through to signature and return.
• The documents. Formatting, versioning, comparison, and preparing the execution copy to firm standard.
• Time and billing, to the flagging line. Prompting and chasing time capture; flagging billable items and expenses to Finance.
• How you work. Route wider function through Legal Operations intake and follow the team’s response standards; reach for AI first.
