You will work closely with the Leasing Manager to schedule tours, handle applications, and maintain records while supporting marketing efforts. The role offers a fully remote setup with aggressive rewards relative to industry norms.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Nice to have experience with Aptly and/or Rentvine.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the leasing process by scheduling and conducting property tours
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person
• Prepare and process lease applications and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information
• Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to ensure leasing goals are met
