A leading Ed-tech company is seeking a Senior B2C Sales Team Leader to manage their LATAM sales team remotely. This role involves leading a team towards achieving sales targets, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with sales processes. Candidates should have proficiency in Spanish and English, along with a proven background in sales management and telemarketing. The position offers competitive remuneration of 1700 USD gross plus commissions, with potential earnings up to 3500 USD gross monthly.

Formación

  • Spanish language proficiency required.
  • English proficiency (typically B1/B2 level) is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of telemarketing or B2C sales experience is necessary.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management is required.
  • Must possess strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists to achieve sales quotas.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage sales team performance.
  • Implement workflow changes with the Head of Sales.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
  • Provide performance reports on the sales team.
