A recruitment firm is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America. This fully remote position focuses on identifying and onboarding new partners while building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships within financial services, be fluent in Spanish, and have solid English communication skills.
