Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to join a delivery team supporting application development and cloud operations across LATAM. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support Kubernetes environments, and enable modern cloud-native delivery practices. Spanish communication with stakeholders is required.

The role emphasizes hands-on DevOps across CI/CD, containerization, and multi-cloud platforms, with remote LATAM work and coordination with Spain-based teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software development environments.
• Strong experience implementing CI/CD platforms.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Experience supporting cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Configure and manage Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Support application lifecycle management activities.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Implement DevOps best practices across development teams.
• Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor application and platform performance.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
• Serve as a Spanish-speaking point of contact when required by stakeholders.
