Accountabilities
  • Enable business growth by developing the employer brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland.
  • Ensure a high-performance culture where employees can excel.
  • Attract and manage employee relations to place the right people in the right roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Eastern Europe.
  • Engage talent through creative sourcing and attraction strategies.
  • Define and enhance candidate and employee experience in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Provide insights and data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
  • Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
