Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in hotel management or housekeeping with sanitation emphasis.
• Experience creating and implementing cleaning protocols and training programs.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, disinfection, and infection control.
• Strong remote communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and document cleaning and sanitation protocols for hotel operations.
• Provide remote training and support to hotel GMs and housekeeping teams.
• Conduct virtual audits by reviewing reports, photos, videos, and guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local to international health regulations in hospitality.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies across properties.
• Stay informed on trends in hotel cleanliness and sustainable solutions.
• Analyze data and guest feedback to drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to address cleanliness challenges and initiatives.
• Develop staff training programs on infection control and enhanced cleaning.
