Decentralized Masters is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling work that brings our brand to life across channels. You’ll design marketing assets, social creative, presentations, and landing page mockups that simplify DeFi concepts while maintaining a premium feel.

You will work closely with the marketing team in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, ensuring consistency across campaigns and materials for a global audience.

Formación

• Portfolio required.
• Experience designing for digital marketing and campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, independent worker who doesn’t need micromanagement.

Responsabilidades

• Design marketing and brand assets: paid ad creative, social graphics, email visuals, presentations, infographics, and event collateral.
• Design web and landing page mockups in Figma, and hand off clean, developer-ready files with clear specs and components.
• Partner with marketing, content, and sales to understand goals, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Turn complex DeFi and financial concepts into clear, visually intuitive graphics and data visualizations.
• Own and evolve brand consistency—maintain and extend brand guidelines, templates, and design system.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver on deadlines.
• Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback from the marketing team.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and Web3 visual language, bringing fresh ideas.
