This remote role requires excellent communication skills, an internship in HR, and a proactive attitude. You will manage employee inquiries, maintain HR systems, and support onboarding, benefits, and payroll. Formación

• Internship experience in an HR/People team, preferably in technology.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to answer employee questions.
• Maintain HRIS for accurate processing.
• Own global HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with employees to support HR processes.
• Process new hires, including onboarding documentation.
• Support employees in benefits enrollment and payroll.
• Liaise with payroll for accurate salary payments.
• Conduct audits of employment files to ensure compliance.
• Continuously improve HR processes.
