Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget decisions, roadmap development, and client narrative during calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, and ensure robust conversion tracking. Remote role serving US/CA/LatAm/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
