AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain a tax research and workpapers platform. You will work on frontend components with ReactJS and backend services in Node.js, C#, and Python, with data managed in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

The role covers deploying and monitoring AWS infrastructure, implementing IaC with Terraform, and shaping CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. This contract runs through December 31 and is 100% remote from anywhere in Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Front-End: experience building responsive interfaces with ReactJS.
• Back-End: experience developing APIs and services using Node.js, C#, and Python.
• Databases: proficient with PostgreSQL and AWS DynamoDB for both relational and NoSQL data management.
• Cloud Technologies: hands-on experience with key AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, ALB, and EventBridge.
• Testing: solid experience with automated testing frameworks, especially Jest and Playwright.
• DevOps: practical experience with Terraform for IaC and GitLab for CI/CD processes.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the front end.
• Build scalable and reliable back-end services using Node.js, C#, and Python.
• Optimize and manage data persistence layers with PostgreSQL and AWS DynamoDB.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing SQS, Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, ALB, and EventBridge.
• Implement IaC with Terraform and manage CI/CD workflows via GitLab CI/CD.
• Write robust automated tests with Jest and Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the full development lifecycle.
