Mindrift is seeking a Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer for the Tendem project. This part-time remote role focuses on building robust web scraping workflows, data extraction, and processing within a hybrid AI + human system.

You will collaborate with Tendem Agents, handle complex websites, and ensure high-quality datasets using BeautifulSoup, Selenium, OpenRouter, LangChain, and other tools. A 5+ year background and strong English (B2+) are required.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
• Scripting and automation of data extraction workflows.
• Experience with modern development tools and diverse data sources.
• Ability to work independently with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage, accuracy, and reliable delivery of structured datasets.
• Leverage available tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution while meeting defined requirements.
• Enforce data quality standards through validation checks, cross-source consistency controls, adherence to formatting specifications, and systematic verification prior to delivery.
• Scale scraping operations for large datasets using efficient batching or parallelization, monitor failures, and maintain stability against minor site structure changes.
• Collaborate with Tendem Agents and operate within a hybrid AI + human system.
