ALTEN Mexico, a leading engineering company, seeks an FEA Analyst to contribute to the Iron Air Battery project. You will perform advanced finite element analysis for structures, shock, vibration, and durability to optimize performance and safety of mechanical, thermal, and airflow components for grid-scale energy storage.

Remote work is available. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, English level B2–C1, and hands-on experience with FEA pre/post processors and solvers, plus topology

Formación

• 3+ years for analyst or 6+ years for senior analyst in structural FEA.
• Hands-on experience with a recognized FEA pre/post processor and solver.
• Topology and sizing optimization experience.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics of materials, dynamics, vibration, fatigue, and engineering validation.

Responsabilidades

• Build, update, or validate structural models for pack structures, roof/base skid, cell hardware, and plastic or scrubber components.
• Evaluate material reduction and structural margin while protecting requirements.
• Perform shock, vibration, stiffness, stress, and durability assessments as applicable.
• Document assumptions, load cases, mesh quality, results, limitations, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers to iterate geometry and support verification planning.
