Newmark México is seeking an experienced procurement professional to source, onboard, and manage suppliers for facilities-related services. You will monitor performance, analyze data for cost savings, and coordinate with US-based teams in a cross-border setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in indirect procurement, strong English communication, and proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office. The role emphasizes relationship management and timely, accurate reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, supply chain, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sourcing processes (RFQs, bid analysis, supplier onboarding) for FM categories.
• Draft scopes of work with operations for tender and bidding documentation.
• Evaluate bids and draft evaluation documents.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs by analyzing data and procurement strategy.
• Be proactive in follow-up and issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email.
• Provide updates and progress reports promptly and accurately.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior team when needed.
• Manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-border environment.
