Formación

• 3-5 years experience leading multiple enterprise implementations in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of the contact center and customer service industry.

• Ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.

• Successfully implement Gladly's strategic and enterprise customers.
• Manage resources from the Professional Services Engineering team.
• Lead change management for customers during the implementation process.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success for smooth onboarding.
