BairesDev is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to develop firmware powering next‑generation devices across IoT, automotive, and industrial sectors. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software to ensure firmware is optimized, reliable, and capable of real-time operation.

The role emphasizes designing robust firmware, tuning RTOS, and crafting drivers while enabling a fully remote work lifestyle with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Embedded Systems or related fields.
• Experience building firmware for IoT, automotive, or industrial devices.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded Linux or RTOS.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robust firmware and embedded software for a variety of hardware platforms.
• Implement and tune real-time operating systems to ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain efficient device drivers to facilitate communication between software and hardware.
• Conduct low-level debugging and performance optimization using hardware abstraction layers and system-level tools.
• Program microcontrollers and manage embedded Linux environments to support complex device functionalities.
