Truelogic Software is seeking a DevOps Lead to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure centered on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will manage Kubernetes (GKE), build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and modernize hybrid infra including legacy Windows/Oracle environments while advancing a cloud-native platform.

You will collaborate with Data/Software Engineering teams and external partners to improve reliability, security, automation, and operational excellence across

Formación

• 6+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on GCP experience; AWS/Azure a plus to ramp up on GCP.
• Terraform IaC with drift detection and state management.
• Kubernetes (GKE) production experience and scaling.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins; scripting in Python/Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP with Terraform.
• Manage GKE environments for scalability and reliability.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Monitor observability, logging, alerts, and incident response.
• Support analytics platforms (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, BigQuery).
• Modernize hybrid infrastructure including legacy Windows/Oracle/SQL Server.
• Improve IAM and security, adopt Workload Identity and OIDC.
• Reduce drift and ensure cost efficiency; collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
