BairesDev is seeking a Data Engineer specializing in Databricks to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures, enabling analytics-ready datasets for analytics and ML workloads. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver reliable production-ready data solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise with Databricks and PySpark in data pipelines.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data warehousing experience.
• Hands-on data lakehouse construction and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT and large-scale transformations.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end ETL pipelines on Databricks using PySpark/SQL.
• Build Bronze/Silver/Gold layers per Medallion Architecture.
• Develop declarative pipelines and orchestrations for production.
• Collaborate with data scientists to supply clean data for analytics/ML.
• Ensure data quality, schema enforcement, and performance monitoring.
• Scale lakehouse environments for diverse data types.
