Remote Customer Support Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full‑time

Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 USD/month depending on experience, paid via Wise

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hrs per day with a 30‑min break between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time

They offer over 1,000 products to contractors, farmers, ranchers, and DIY homesteaders. They specialize in practical, reliable solar energy systems—from off‑grid residential installations to large‑scale commercial projects. Their mission is to make clean, sustainable energy accessible and affordable while providing exceptional consultative system design, product recommendations, and year‑round technical support.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team and support the President/Owner in day‑to‑day operations. This role is critical to maintaining their reputation for exceptional customer service and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, organized professional who can seamlessly handle customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

Customer Support (Primary Focus Area)

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, orders, and technical questions
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with a friendly, helpful approach
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems

Order Fulfillment (Primary Focus Area)

  • Review and process incoming orders with attention to detail
  • Conduct fraud prevention checks to protect both the company and customers
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately
  • Coordinate and arrange shipping logistics with carriers
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
  • Track orders and proactively communicate with customers about order status
  • Collaborate with warehouse and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment

General Administrative Support

  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the President/Owner
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs with flexibility
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent English proficiency with clear, accent‑neutral communication (both written and verbal) – essential for customer interactions
  • Strong willingness to learn new systems, processes, and product knowledge
  • Previous experience in customer service or order fulfillment roles (1‑2 years preferred)
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and appropriate office setup for remote work
  • Availability to work for an 8.5‑hour period each day Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Time
