The ideal candidate will possess over a year of technical support experience, knowledge of APIs, Python proficiency, and strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. • 1+ year of experience in technical support, engineering, or integrator roles.
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues effectively.

• Manage the customer support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Help customers integrate the platform with existing systems.
