A global entertainment company in Mexico City is seeking a Team Lead to oversee escalated digital consumer interactions and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in customer service and technical skills. This remote position offers a flexible schedule, with responsibilities spanning customer engagement and team support.

Formación

  • 3+ years of work experience in related positions.
  • Knowledge of mobile apps, connected devices, and TVE technology.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

  • Interact daily with customers via email, chat, and other platforms.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to stakeholders.
  • Participate in and facilitate special projects as required.
