A forward-thinking technology company is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager located in Mexico. The role involves overseeing collections activities and leading a team. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in collections, strong decision-making and communication skills, and a customer service mindset. This position is fully remote within Mexico, and fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 6+ years of collection experience; 3+ years of collections management experience supervising a team.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the order to cash processes.
• Experience in business-to-business collections preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day work of collections to ensure timely follow-up on accounts.
• Coach and train the Billing & Collections Team to ensure high quality productivity.
• Communicate with customers to investigate past-due invoices.
