Responsabilidades

• Extract and organize financial data into underwriting models.
• Assist in underwriting multifamily and commercial real estate acquisitions.
• Update and maintain financial models to evaluate investments.
• Conduct market research on properties and rent trends.
• Review operating statements and financial materials.

Conocimientos

Strong financial analysis and Excel skills

Ability to accurately extract data from PDFs

Solid understanding of financial statements

Strong written and spoken English communication
