A dental insurance brokerage is seeking remote soft sales representatives to assist clients with insurance queries and transfer leads to licensed agents. This full-time position offers a slow-paced work environment, paid training after 3 months, and weekends off. Candidates must be proficient in English, have experience in sales, and reliable internet access and computer equipment. Monthly pay is $18, with additional benefits including paid time off and an end-of-year bonus.

Overview

Remote soft sales representatives for a dental insurance broker. Front line agents filter prospects with existing insurance, answer general questions, and transfer to a licensed US agent who can actually sell the insurance.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Proficiency in English, experience in phone sales or customer service, reliable computer with at least an i3 processor and 8 GB RAM (equipment provided after 3 months). Minimum 50 MB internet speed. Availability 9 hours a day Mon‑Fri during 6 am‑6 pm PST. Work on site for one week during the first or second week and training every year thereafter.

Offerings

Full‑time, permanent position. Slow‑paced environment with no back‑to‑back calls. Paid training, no commute, Saturdays and Sundays off, paid time off at every anniversary, and an end‑of‑year bonus. Pay: $18 per month.
