An international recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Construction Coordinator to support the construction team. The role involves managing project documentation, tracking bids, and ensuring quality project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel and other relevant software, and a reliable internet connection. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 USD/month. A unique application requirement includes sending a voice or video recording.

Job Title: Remote Construction Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,200 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct deposit

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Pacific

Job Overview

Our client is the leader in commercial glazing and installation in Central Oregon. They offer clients scalable resources to handle commercial glazing, door, and hardware projects of varying scope, supported by the region’s best service department to provide long‑term support.

In this role, you will perform critical daily tasks to support the construction team. Your responsibilities will range from helping manage the bidding process and recording bid results to setting up newly awarded jobs and administering those projects from startup through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Bid Process
    • Manage the company bid tracker – add new jobs, follow up on results, record wins and present weekly summary results at all‑company weekly coordination meetings
  • Job Startup
    • Create file/document structure for each new job, complete job templates to be used in job and provide support for each PM
  • Submittals
    • Compile and transmit official product data and product sample reports to clients on behalf of PM and track approvals process
  • Construction Coordinator Job Duties
  • Job Execution
    • Create and monitor construction progress documents then prepare and present progress to the team weekly.
    • Receive daily field reports and capture field progress in management reports
  • Job Closeout
    • Prepare and transmit project closeout docs in support of your PMs
  • Other Duties (working with owner/General Manager)
    • Manage, track and coordinate our corporate Quality Management System (QMS) documents and processes
    • Oversee and manage employee training schedule and execution
    • Maintain QMS/Training master schedule
    • Provide preliminary contract review and scope confirmation for our construction contracts (no contract experience required!)
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Excel (intermediate level), MS-Word, Teams, Bluebeam or PdfXchange, Outlook (email), ChatGPT (or similar baseline experience)
  • Typing 40 wpm
  • Multi‑tasking, self‑direction, prioritization, clear communication, hustle, friendly and responsive customer service, consistency, attention to detail
  • Extremely consistent and reliable connectivity (computer/wi‑fi). A remote‑access VPN will be provided for you to access a networked PC at BCG’s main office
  • Strong verbal communication skills & English language fluency. University level proficiency (ok to use ChatGPT or other proofreading, editing assistance)
