Responsibilities

Conduct virtual outreach to promote health awareness and preventive care.
Connect individuals with local health services, clinics, and resources.
Organize and facilitate online health workshops and information sessions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community leaders to enhance health initiatives.
Collect data on community health needs and program participation.
Prepare reports on outreach activities and their effectiveness.
Stay updated on current public health issues and best practices.
