IQVIA LLC is seeking a psychology/healthcare professional for a remote role across Latin America to support patient-centered outcomes research in clinical trials. The role combines psychological assessment expertise with high‑touch communication to ensure standardized data collection and rigorous methodological guidance.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience working with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience administering psychiatric assessments including the PANSS.
• Clinical Trials experience preferred.
• Advanced level of English.
• Home based position in Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure standardized data collection.
• Evaluate the quality of assessments and provide guidance on methodology and scoring.
• Prepare case data for discussions with raters and ensure necessary documents are available.
• Complete rater interactions and tasks as scheduled.
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation for assigned tasks.
• Participate in orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Assist in assessing rater performance and in communicating results.
• Contact clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments and document responses.
