Formación

• 8-10 years of working experience along with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
• Experience of managing and scaling a technical support or managed services team of at least 40 people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong customer service skills.
• Compatible with a 24/7 environment and resilient to pressure.
