ICON plc in Mexico is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver clinical research work remotely. You will work with your team and stakeholders to monitor sites, prepare documentation, and track performance metrics, while collaborating across functions to address site-related issues.

Candidates should have a life sciences/clinical research background, strong organization, and communication skills, plus a willingness to travel about 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring of clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
• Support site management activities, including documentation preparation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address site-related issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and contribute to monitoring reports.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge in clinical trial management.
