RemoteJobsOne is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a fully remote contractor role based in Mexico. You will apply your mechanical design expertise to create accurate CAD models and support AI training data for engineering applications.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical design, strong CAD/FEA skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across remote teams while delivering high-quality documentation and analysis to guide model validation.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience with 3D CAD and FEA.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo or CATIA.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Solid understanding of stress analysis and engineering validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Produce detailed 3D CAD models of mechanical components using SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
• Interpret drawings to identify critical dimensions, tolerances, and specs.
• Document component requirements and manufacturing tolerances clearly.
• Contribute to stress analysis and FEA tasks for model validation.
• Review and improve technical documentation and CAD outputs.
• Provide expert feedback to train AI system outputs in mechanical engineering context.
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams using remote tools.
