RemoteJobsOne is seeking Behavioral Analysts to contribute expertise to a unique customer project. You will analyze text, audio, and video to annotate behavioral cues and help train next-generation AI systems. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Mexico.

No prior AI experience required; domain knowledge matters. Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater or acting coaching is especially welcome.

Formación

• Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching, or related field.
• Ability to identify tone, speech, body language and gestures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with nuance.
• Experience creating training materials or facilitating skills development.
• Attention to detail and high quality deliverables.
• Familiar with remote collaboration tools and independent work.
• Interest in applying domain expertise to AI technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze text, audio, and video data to identify and categorize behavioral cues such as tone, gesture, and speech patterns.
• Provide detailed annotations and explanations that support AI model development in understanding nuanced human behavior.
• Develop scenario-based training materials drawing from real-world behavioral expertise.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and ensure quality deliverables.
• Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise.
