BairesDev is seeking an AWS Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehousing using AWS-native services. You will transform raw data into actionable insights while ensuring performance and reliability of the cloud data platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Experience building data pipelines with AWS-native services (Glue, EMR, Lambda).
• Proficiency with storing and warehousing using Amazon S3 and Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Strong Python and SQL skills for complex data transformations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Kinesis.
• Develop and optimize data warehouses using Amazon Redshift and S3.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure reproducible data environments.
• Write high-performance data transformation logic using Python and SQL.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure data quality, security, and scalability across all AWS-native data services.
