A leading IT recruitment company is seeking a Mid-Senior level AWS Cloud Data Engineer for a long-term remote contract. The role requires extensive experience with AWS services, proficiency in Python and SQL, and a strong background in data engineering. Formación

• 6+ years of experience in application/platform engineering or related technical work.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS Senior Cloud Data Engineering.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, and more.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for automation.
• High degree of knowledge in IAM Roles and Policies.
• Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python.

Conocimientos

Proficiency with databases (e.g., Snowflake, DB2, Redshift)

Hands-on experience with AWS architecture and services

Proficient in Python, SQL, and scripting

Experience building feature engineering pipelines

Experience with CI/CD tools

Knowledge of user authentication and authorization

Experience with NoSQL databases

Ability to take ownership and ensure delivery timelines
