Outlier is hiring QA Coders to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and flagging issues. This freelance 1099 contract role offers flexible remote work and the chance to work with a dedicated support team across Latin America.

As a QA Coder you will rate model responses on accuracy, instruction following, and presentation, and craft clear computer science prompts to push the models further. A CS degree and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses by accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear CS questions to challenge AI models.
