Outlier is inviting experienced software engineers to join a structured remote program that trains AI models to excel in code generation. You will review AI-produced code, rate responses on accuracy and instruction following, and write clear CS prompts to challenge the models.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree and have production-code experience, with strong English communication and meticulous attention to detail. Remote from anywhere in Latin America is supported.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write computer science questions and craft clear prompts for AI models.
